Founded by Balogun Ifakayode, a Babaláwo hailing from Ikirun in Osun State, Nigeria, Ifanaija emerged as a living temple and cultural centre committed to renewing the connection between people and their spiritual roots.
What began as a local spiritual gathering has grown into a global community – welcoming seekers, devotees, and curious hearts from around the world. Our aim: dispel myths about indigenous African spirituality, provide authentic access to Ifá & Orisha wisdom, and restore honour to practices that have long been misunderstood.
At Ifanaija Isese Global Community (IFANAIJA), we uphold the sacred heritage of the Yoruba tradition – the wisdom of Ifá and the Orishas; as we guide individuals globally toward truth, purpose and spiritual clarity. We are custodians of this rich tradition, carrying forward the legacy of our ancestors in southwest Nigeria and beyond.
